  1. Ellen presented her experiences and the project overall very clearly! I enjoyed hearing her process she described as she worked through the whole project and found out that we shared some similar experiences too. We both had trouble with certain colors from either the foil sheets or the card stock sheets not showing up on our cameras, and that is something we discussed possible solutions to. She seemed to understand what she was doing and the requirements well and hearing her present her observations throughout the whole process was very valuable to me because it even gave me some new ideas for my next photography projects.

  2. While addressing her work Ellen began with how much enjoyment she felt while creating these pictures. She explained how much freedom she felt and that there was much more room to play around with the objects and tools she was using. She explained her choice to stack the objects on top of each other to created a more interesting composition. She focused on constantly changing the composition to create more variety. She also focused on moving around composition. She used both hard light and diffused lighting through out the process but claimed to have enjoyed the products she was getting from diffused light more. She discovered the bones occasionally reflected too much light. She also enjoyed making the light pass through the objects. Over all I think Ellens presentation was a good representation of her thoughts and actions while creating her work!
