  1. Hi Brenden! I enjoyed reviewing your Scale the Key project. You definitely show a great understanding of the overall project in each category and even label your shutter, ISO, and aperture. In the broad light section you did very well, especially on the third picture. That picture demonstrates immaculate lighting on the subjects within the picture, as well as adds the perfect amount of blur with cool tones. The only thing is the first photo in this section appears very dark, almost too dark to see the photo. In image five you also display great lighting on the subject in which it shows every detail. In the short lighting section you also display an understanding of what was supposed to done and capture it in your images. In image one it seems that there may be a little too much blur and in image two and three they are really dark- again to where one can barely see the subject, but in image four, five and six you did really great with composition and lighting. Your studio sunlight section is my favorite. In the mixed lighting I love the blue tones within the first photo and love the composition and how the lighting hits the composition on image three. In mid-day the first two photos seem a little far out, but image three is good in lighting and composition as well as use of blur. In the twilight/blue hour section it displays a really dark image again. In the golden hour section I love image three, but image one is a little too dark. Overall I think you showed a great understanding on the Scale the Key project. My only advice would be to focus more as well as create images that are able to be seen well- even in darker toned photos. Great job Brenden and keep it up!
